I've worked in this business since 2009, learning it from both angles: as a carrier adjuster, and now as an independent one. I'm AIC and AINS designated, a HCI-R Certified HAAG Inspector, and trained in insurance claim appraisals. That combination means I understand how carriers evaluate a claim and how property damage needs to be documented and presented clearly.
